The barn house has 3 acres of beautiful land from which you can stroll, unwind and relax in. The garden has two huge verandas which are the perfect place to cool down during blazing summers. If the heat is still too much to handle, refresh yourself with a dip in the swimming pool. There is also barbecue equipment, for those warm outdoor cookouts as the sun sets.

The property is well insulated, giving you warmth in the winter and cool indoor temperatures in the summer. There is also ample parking space.
Assistance
The owner of the property, Daniel lives in the adjacent property and is on hand should you need help with anything at all. Also, the gite is available to book should you prefer this accommodation.

Surroundings
The farm house is situated in some truly beautiful, lush and fertile countryside. Wild boar, deer and eagles can be seen frequenting around the property. The gardens have been prudently maintained and there are a number of fresh fruit and vegetable bushes including strawberries and blueberries, ready to pick and eat. There is a man-made lake which is just a 5-10 minute walk away, offering a scenic swimming location.

Local Towns and Cities
If you need to restock on supplies, the local village of Aurignac is just 8 miles away and has a number of large supermarkets. There are also shops, restaurants and cafes if you want to relax with a coffee or wine. If you would like to visit the spiritual city of Lourdes, it is just an hour away by car. The city of Toulouse is famous for its authentic French food and if you want to experience that, it is just an hour’s drive northwards.
The snow-capped Pyrenees are also just an hour away and the Domaine De La Liberte is a great place to make base if you want to try your hand at some skiing. There are a number of resorts which cater to all levels from beginner to expert.
